The location was excellent just a short walk to Moto-Hakone and nearby restaurants. The walk back uphill is definitely doable, but I’d recommend taking a taxi, especially after a long day out. The home itself is tucked away in the mountains, offering a peaceful and private setting.
It was beautifully designed and comfortably accommodated our family of six. The sauna and heated pool were a huge bonus and made the stay feel extra special. The host (Lily) was amazing! Our flight was delayed and she offered to pick us up in Odawara. She saved us! Thank you!
