用完晚餐回房間打開被子，居然有件浴衣蓋一個範圍不算小的血漬區塊，發生在收費高的日本旅館，令人不敢想像，想反應但旅館1 F接待處居然沒有人，等了一會兒只出現一位老先生，雖然最後換了房，但對於不會說英文的飯店人員和令人失望的房務品質這二點非常失望。

館内設備はかなりいいものを揃えられているので外見上はとてもいい旅館に見えるが、中身がまだ十分に熟していない感があります。 具体的に、スタッフの動きを含めたサービスのオペレーションが、まだ熟していないと感じます。 改善の余地がありますが、隣の啄木亭の方がホスピタリティが優れているように見えます。

大きいお風呂も部屋のお風呂もとってもいいです

部屋にお風呂のついているプランでした。ワンループタイプでしたが、リビング・洗面室、ベッドルーム等かなりゆったりしたお部屋でした。部屋のお風呂も温泉で、最初はややぬるめかなと思いましたが、ゆっくり入っているにはいい温度でした。新しいホテルなので、館内も大変きれいです。 スタッフさんも若い方が多いようでしたが、接客も丁寧で好感が持てました。 食事は夕・朝ともビュッフェでしたが函館ということで、洞爺の乃の風さんに比べると海鮮中心でややスイーツなどの種類が少ないかと思いました。 一つ残念だったのは、朝食ビュッフェ時混雑していて待たなければなりなかったこと、ヨーグルトなどが空のまま補充がされず、スタッフさんに頼んでもってきてもらったものの、今度はとなりのフルーツソースが空のままになっていたこと。 少ない人数で大変とは思いますが、ビュッフェなのでそのへんは改善していただきたいと思いました。

不満はしっかり伝えるべし！！

3月に一度女子3人で使用しており、今回は2回目でした。 今回は人数の変更があったため前々日ホテルから部屋に入る男女人数の確認があった。 その折私が「朝5時半に荷物を預かりに行くので・・」と申しますと「その時間にはフロントには人がいないかもしれないから電話をしてください・・」とのことでした。（「どこへですか」と尋ねるとむっとした声（女性でした）で番号を言ってくれたのですが、かかってきていた番号と同じでした。それで、出先でしたので電話を切りました。 数時間後電話を掛け疑問に感じたことを電話に出た方へ話しました。「同じホテルなのだから、フロントの方につたえる・・・」というのがホテルでは普通でないのか。 昨年近くの同じようなところでは同時刻でも3人のフロントマンが迎えてくれたことを話し、3月に泊まった時の不満も伝えた。 おかげで実際に行ったときはとてもスムーズに行きました。
