First, this hotel has no elevators, and the LONGEST halls ever known to man. The TV channels were super confusing; broken up into folders like on a pc, and no real menu. The lighting is insanely harsh; not at all homey or relaxing. It’s all stark white fluorescents. The bathroom was WAY too small for a 2 queen bed room. The beds were made backwards, with the tags of the blankets at the top of the bed! I will say that the hotel was relatively clean, the pillows were soft and down, and the bed…while high and bouncy, was comfortable enough. The light from the parking lot came through the sides of the curtains even with black out curtains, and the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. It was a non smoking room. It was a decent room, but not enough space to eat in the room. The worst part was the place was steaming hot! I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot in the room, even at the very end of November! It was not just me..a friend stayed there and they said that they also had to turn on the a/c because it was so hot! And that just made the room seem cold and humid. It was never just a comfortable temperature. Not suitable for handicapped people. Everything was too small or not easy to maneuver around, or too high. I don’t think I would stay here again, unless I got a great deal. I was able to sleep, but then people kept waking us up with noise in the hall.
