It took so long when we checked in. Of course, front desk clerk was not there when we checked out. we have to stand there to look around if any hotel staff can help. Swimming pool is so dirty(full of hairs and other stuff). Just good for sleeping. We wouldn't pick this hotel again.

For the past three years I have come to Greensboro at least twice a year. I always stay at this hotel! Great Staff! Good breakfast! Clean rooms and nice amenities! For me it is easy access to highways and destinations

Hotel was excellent. 3rd floor was clean and neat as expected. Nice hotel. One thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. Not that it was bad, but no variety. They didn’t have scramble eggs. Fruits only bananas and apples. They did have one waffle maker, and people lined up to use it. But other than that everything was good.

Night receptionist very pleasant and helpful but lobby was understaffed which did not help with our check in problem.

No comment on this property. The property was adequate

Very easy to get to. Very nice rooms & comfortable beds & bedding. The breakfast was good, although the breakfast staff was extremely rude. The WiFi didn’t work for the majority of my stay but that’s one of the only negatives.

We really like this hotel, especially for the price. The rooms are very comfortable & quiet. The staff is hit or miss...they’ve always been very nice at check-in/out but are a little disinterested if you have an issue. Overall, I would recommend it though!!

Both in the parking lot and our floor there was a strong smell of marijuana (a -more-than-passing type smell). Toilet needed maintenance and I had to go to the desk for a plunger to get through our time there. One of the beds was not made on two of the days. When we arrived (in over 90-degree temperature and humidity) we had to turn on the air conditioning, and subsequently leave the room for 2 hours so it could cool down. Having worked retail and convenience before in a previous life, my suspicion is that there are at least two escorts working out of the facility (people stationed outside monitoring egress and ingress and reporting to someone; girls walking out to parked vehicles and handing over (what appears to be) money). Just a suspicion - but I'm pretty sure I'm right. There is no way the desk clerks aren't noticing this. The visit wasn't terrible, but I was disappointed. I usually have much better stays at Sleep Inns.

I stay at Sleep Inn whenever I’m in Greensboro. Best place for the money.

I stayed here because the parking was supposed to be free, and they had shuttle service. However, there was a $20/week fee, no big deal. Figured it was a mix up on Orbitz. I left my car, and was told to call when I got back for a shuttle. I attempted to contact the hotel for an hour and no one answered. I called reservations and their calls were not answered either. So after travelling 24 hours, I gave up and got a cab. The driver walked into the hotel with me, and I commented how the phones must not be working and I had to get a cab. The guy working didn't even apologize or attempt to make this right. There was also a random person at the front desk the entire time I checked in listening to my whole conversation. So I spoke with the third shift desk clerk the next morning about the issue. Again no apology or attempt to make it up. However I left my info with her for a manager to contact me. It's a week later, and I still haven't heard back from anyone or received a simple apology for all the hassle. The room had used toiletries in it (IE the bottle of lotion was empty).

I had a very nice stay.. cleaning staff does a good job. Love that they use fabuloso.

Lady at front desk was very helpful in helping me deal with a problem I had. (Traveling with a car fully loaded with toys, luggage, and clothes.) When I arrived the only parking available was in an isolated, darkened area. She went out of her way to help me park in an area close to the front of the hotel. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but I appreciated her more than you can imagine.

Excellent customer service. The front desk staff was phenomenal! The extra care they took was really appreciated. The only issue I found was the comforter had a small cigarette burn.

We've stayed here before and will return again in the future. Hotel was fully booked. I was very impressed with the tact and patience displayed by the front desk staff when they had to turn folks away.

Would definitely stay again if we needed to go to Greensboro, NC! Great experience! Breakfast was good, too!

Good clean hotel conveniently located off of Route 40

This is my second stay at this hotel in recent months and I would have to say the staff is very nice and friendly but the downside to my stay this time was the lack of hot water for the sink and shower in my room. It took over 20 minutes for the shower just to get warm so I can step into the shower and when I inquired about thank of hot water, I was told that the hotel just installed a new hot water heater and was having an inssue with it, I didn't want to burst her bubble and call her a liar because there was a family member staying next door to me and never had an issue with hot water... Out of the 4 days I stayed there. I only had hot water one day.

Once we had a cleaned room we were quite satisfied. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Shower door leaked. Continental breakfast good, but could have had more protein choices.

We passed it well and we had great service in the hotel. Breakfast was great too. Staff was attentive.

The hotel was great loved the feel small, inviting loved the decor! The receptionist was a little off but the hotel and everything else was great.
