Townhome was conveniently located for swimming event at the GAC. Nice neighborhood. Well stocked coffee bar! We selected this home for all of its great ratings mentioning cleanliness, but were disappointed upon check in. The fridge ice maker no longer works, so a countertop one was provided, however it was full of mold, as was the washing machine soap compartment. The furnace filter needed replacing as large amounts of dust could be seen around the dining room vent and around the door to the utility closet. The host was quick to respond to our msg and offered to refund so we could rebook (all local options were booked) or send his cleaning person back. She did arrive in the afternoon and replaced the filter, dusted, and cleaned the ice machine (all while having a convo on speaker phone). The exchange was awkward, so we managed other issues on our own. Note- one bedroom light fixture does not work, fan worked, but not light.There are no blinds in the master bedroom and there is a street lamp immediately outside the window. The master bedroom bed is propped up on small pieces of wood resembling jenga. Front screen door is broken.Heads up if you have littles-The entry way cabinet appears to be a lost and found, housing a couple vapes and a lighter.Backyard is not as pictured.There is a broken side table, garbage and a moldy rug, besides needing a seasonal cleanup. The bones are good, but needs a refresh and deep clean. Owner did say he plans to visit the site.
