A truly amazing, unforgettable stay. My husband and 2 kids (ages 8 & 4) thoroughly enjoyed this spot. The tiny beach at the other end was a great spot to swim after a day around the island. Sunset spotting was true perfection and having the door open right onto the water made this a unique experience. Beds were comfortable and loved the bunk beds for the kids. The drive to all the spots on the island was never too long either so very convenient too. Would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Milo’s again.

Great location

This property was beautiful and relaxing. The sunset was amazing.There is no Internet. We were told the Internet in the area was down and when we went to the store in town they said there are no outages. The checkin company said the owner has been told countless times her Internet doesn’t work and she won’t do anything. So if you need Internet for work, I would not recommend staying here. If you want to unplug from your phone etc, this is a beautiful spot.Rent the smallest care possible. The road down to Klima is a skinny road with traffic on both directions. The owner is not very responsive and the checkin company is only that. A check in company. They are not paid to help you after checkin for ask all your questions before you leave.Also the boat takes up most of the living kitchen area and can not be removed. So keep that in mind and set your expectations accordingly.We would definitely stay in Klima again and because of her no Internet (we have to work when we travel), we would stay at one of the many other boathouse accommodations.

Overall had a lovely stay at this apartment in Klima, with the stunning waterfront and sunset views. The sea was perfect to swim in, and the houses are incredibly picturesque. It is a very touristy area during the daytime, and the walkway immediately in front of the apartment gets very busy, so it can sometimes be a bit difficult to enjoy the view with tourists constantly stopping by, but not so bad in the morning before people start to come.The apartment itself could also use some minor improvement/changes - there seems to be an ant colony behind the couch which makes any cooking/breakfast preparation very difficult as they all come out immediately, and then also tend to congregate in/around the couch. I reached out to the check in contact multiple times to try and get some one to bring ant traps by, but they never had somebody come. Some of the chairs (The ones pictured) seem to be rusted shut so you can't really use them, and the wooden chairs currently in the apartment aren't the most comfortable to sit on for a length of time to enjoy the view. Water also gets all over the floor of the bathroom with the shower set up, and while it does eventually drain, it would be nice to have a squigee or some means of cleaning that up so that bathroom doesn't stay wet half the day.Overall a nice stay with a beautifully decorated apartment in a beautiful if quite busy village, but for the price would expect some of these more minor details to hopefully be fixed soon!

My wife and i stayed at this property for 3 nights. We understood that this property would be different from staying in a traditional space. However, some items to note from our stay: 1- Ants and mosquitoes are all over the property. If you have food in this space you will have to eat the items immediately and dispose of anything you have not eaten. Also, every morning we woke up with mosquito bites. 2- Your only natural light in the space comes from the front doors being open. If those doors are open you will be on full display for everyone walking past (this is a popular tourist location to visit). The feeling was a bit like you are an animal on display at a zoo. We had a few people even come in and photograph us sitting in the space which was intrusive. 3- handsoap, additional towels, and blankets are not in the space and the host will not respond to a request. We requested additional towels on day 1 and no one aswered our request. We had 1 bath towel between the 2 of us for 3 nights. 4- if you are a light sleeper you will not get any rest. Cats fighting & other tourists loud conversations bleed through the uninsulated doors. 5- the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable at best. The shower was flithy. We really wanted to love our stay but the compromises for this "experience" was not aligned with the price we paid to stay.
