The people and place were welcoming and helpful. From dealing with a medical emergency to finding a last minute ride to the airport, our hosts could not have been more lovely. They accommodated us more then enough and treated us like family/close friends. We loved our down time at the villa in the swimming pool and on the amazing verandas, and strolling the streets of the village throughout the day was peaceful and picturesque. The a/c splits worked well to cool most rooms, and the kitchenette was perfect for our 7 person family. The hosts even bought us drinks and gelato and helped us to arrange our day at Knossos and Iraklio. We all highly recommend this accommodation for friends and family!
