Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen was complete with all necessities, even spices, oil, and all cooking tools. We enjoyed the rain shower head. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the river, a park, a bike trail, and Starbucks. We all used the 2 bikes that the hosts had there for guests. It was also nice to be only 10 minutes from the Colorado National Monument. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. We'll be back!

A gorgeous newer build very conveniently located (especially to the new Starbucks). The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the area was great. Our host was also great with our last minute changes and communicating!

Very clean comfortable property. Comfortable bedding & pillows. Great TV for watching sports.I stayed here (F60) with my 85yo parents. In hind sight, a property with an elevator might have been a better choice. We used Grand Junction as a base for exploring Arches & Canyonlands NPs. They are about 2 hours away, but a beautiful drive! Since we weren’t around much, the location was fine for us. Not close to restaurants, etc.We had to adjust our check out date and host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay. The family was comfortable and able to either get together or get a bit of space given the room. We are a family of boardgame's and the table was perfect for setting up a big game "AND" leave it out with room for others to sit and eat. The coffee table was good for the puzzle that everyone to picked at over the days.The outdoor griddle was great for the morning meal. Bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns cooked up perfect and feed the whole family.

Great place to stay in Grand Junction!

We stayed here for our daughter's swim meet at MESA University and it was perfect for us! Everything is so beautifully decorated and spacious. There are so many things that are so well thought out and everything you need is there. It seems like the owners want to make it as easy and nice as possible for their guests. We hope we can stay here again!

Great Property In Grand Junction

The property at Rivers & Ridges basecamp was great. The owners thought of everything. There wasn’t any additional items that we need to bring with us. The place was very clean, the location was perfect, right near everything. The details and instructions were super easy to follow. I loved having everything brand new and updated. We all enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property if you’re visiting Grand Junction.
