We arrived to an out together room but was dirty. Hair on beds, surfaces and unclean mirrors and surfaces. Beds are uncomfortable hard and top covers feel like paper. One day we were gone someone was in our room. Even though do not disturb sign was on the door. They cleaned nothing but messed with some of our stuff. You could smell their cologne or perfume in the room which was our first sign. We use nothing toxic so it was apparent. Then saw beds messed with and things moved. With no purpose for them to be in there. We def left no valuables in the room even before this. It is in a sketchy area with interesting people around. We will never go back.

Check in was a breeze. We just stopped to sleep through the night and then continue our drive. It was clean and we slept well. Continental breakfast was decent. The staff were extremely nice. Pet friendly.

Clean room, the bed was comfortable and pillows and blankets were just right. Friday and Saturday night stay. Friday a large group from a school had used the pool a lot, and it was closed the next day and until almost my check out on Sunday. My grandson didn't get to swim , but the front desk allowed him to stay after checking out to swim a bit. I appreciate the customer service going above to maje a child's stay memorable. We return to Comfort inn. groyp of teens from a school
