This is a beautiful 2 bedroom home with a loft and one bathroom. It has an open living room/kitchen floor plan with nice view of the bay and marsh area. Located toward the center of the island right across from the beach with a beach access just one block over. This villa faces the bay.

This would be fine for college kids on spring break. But the internet kept going out, poor patch jobs on the walls dust on the walls high up. Fan in bathroom sounded like it would explode. Just could be cleaned up and cared for a little better.
