Not at all a Quality Stay, Regular Inn Stay

Restroom door didn’t closed, room located where there was no parking- had to park clear on other side of building, lighting to leave your vehicle wasn’t that great.., unsure about how safe to leave it overnight. When I first was about to check in- no one available to help me- I got there 3:15 to check in , had to wait at least 10 mins for someone to arrive and help. Rm decor is old.

I get the whole “you get what you pay for” but I remember when Quality Inn was a nice place to stay. Blood stains on the mattress and covered with a mattress protector and the sheets… sorry but I check mattresses because I don’t need to lay on any surprises. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here!!! I couldn’t even stay the 2nd night and still paid for it. Maybe it can go towards a new mattress. -Room 144

My wife locked in bathroom

Got into a very heated argument with the owner after requesting to be moved to a different room after my wife got locked in the bathroom. The door knob to the door was damaged, the repair was poorly made. I couldn't believe how i was treated, i was a regular visitor to the hotel but i will never return. The owner cares more about his profit than his customers. During our argument, he looked at me like he wanted to get physical with me. The man has a very short fuse, something very minor will set him off

Lack of Hygiene

Hygiene is a standard practice that must be obeyed by. The room was extremely dirty as it was covered in hair right as we entered. I was extremely discouraged when the front desk reception notified me that the house keeping has gone for the night. The front desk receptionist came to our room with only two bed sheets that were still covered in hair follicles. Hair pieces were covered in the shower and in the bed sheets, pillows and blanket. A pungent odor also filled the room that could not be aired out. For a $150 a night, the service and room were absolutely horrendous. When my Son woke up, his body was full of rashes and his eyes were puffy due to the dust accumulation from a lack of cleaning. When I woke up in the morning, I was able to catch the house keeping going through each room. I noticed that for each room she did not even have a proper trash bag to collect the garbage. I realized at this point that this establishment is extremely dirty and not taken care of. No matter what price I pay, I am a paying customer who deserves the standard clean room. There was absolutely no quality at this quality inn, which was my first time experiencing this at any quality inn.
