Unprofessional rude front desk. Not only was she terrible to us but we saw how she treated other guests. The area is competitive for hotels. I have my favorites but thought I would give this hotel a try; never again. There’s way nicer, friendlier hotels in Flagstaff.

Great location and very walkable to downtown Flagstaff. There are 3 stories and we stayed on the second floor overlooking the parking lot near the front desk. Unfortunately I had a rough time sleeping because it was noisy. Street traffic. Dumpster gates. People stomping around upstairs. Etc. The room condition left something to be desired. One of the pillowcases was yellowed from wear, there were blood stains on the sheets, the plugs near the nightstand did not all work, the pillows were too soft and offered no support while the bed was super firm. Maybe five hangers hanging in the armoire to hang things up. It is relatively inexpensive so we got what we paid for.

The room was extremely dirty and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I slept very uncomfortable and my family and I itched all night due to the sheets having a lot of bleach on them. Very bad condition. The hallways and elevator smelled really bad. Room also smelled like cigarettes. Very disappointing, I will never stay there or use Expedia because the rooms are not what they appear to be on the website.
