came to Flagstaff to do some Christmas activities with Family, unfortunately all was good until it wasn’t. if you have young children Do Not stay here. there is a quite time. from 10pm -7am. watching a movie in our room and laughing was disturbing our neighbor. kids aren’t allowed to even laugh after 10pm we were told by a staff member that if we didn’t keep it down, he would ask us to “F#&@$#” leave. amongst other offensive things. a very uncomfortable situation.

Reading lamp by chair not working. Front desk phone not answered. After going downstairs front desk said he had no maintenance crew. Various lights winking and flashing in room all night.
