Fully-equipped independent villa with garden, terrace and heated private pool, located above the golf course in the private resort Salobre Golf and surrounded by nature, with wonderful views of the sea, the golf course and the mountains, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.

Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with two wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.

The ground floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with smart tv, sofa and dining area, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with bathtub, and a solarium terrace with wonderful views to the golf course and the sea. The villa has a garden with a private heated pool, and a porch terrace with outdoor dining area.

There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for one vehicle. The golf resort urbanization is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses, with special conditions for the guests of the villa. Access to the motorway is 1 km away and the airport is 30 minutes away.
