Zentral gelegene Wohnung
Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser Wohnung, freundliche Kommunikation mit Vermieter, sauber Zustand, gute Ausstattung. Totz der zentralen Lage sind keine Störungen nachts vernehmbar. Bis zum Strand nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden. Garage ist direkt in diesem Haus vorhanden, gehört zur Wohnung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Schöner Urlaub, zentrale Lage, tolle Wohnung nahe Hafen
Der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter- Diego -entstand direkt nach der Buchung via WhatsApp. Sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Am Tag unserer Ankunft empfing uns Diego an der Wohnung und zeigte uns die Wohnung samt eigenem Stellplatz.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5.Stock (Aufzug vorhanden)und erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen.
Wir sind als Familie verreist, Hochstuhl/ Babywanne und Babybett waren für unseren Sohn vorhanden und es gab reichlich Spielzeug inklusive Sandspielzeug für die Kleinen. Man konnte sich sogar den Buggy ausleihen, welcher in der Wohnung zur Verfügung stand,
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass wir auch desöfteren gekocht haben,
Vom Wohnzimmer konnte man auf einen kleinen Balkon gehen, der sich prima zum Wäschetrocknen eignete.
Es gab zwei Duschen und Toiletten.
Die Schlafräume befanden sich auf der obersten Etage und waren sehr sauber wie auch der Rest der Wohnung. Vom Straßenverkehr hat man bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum was gehört, dafür hat man ab und an die Nachbarn gehört, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.
Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen ( Supermarkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite, Park mit Spielplatz und Café m. Bistro ebenfalls direkt gegenüber und der Strand war ca 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt)
Wir können die Wohnung sehr gut weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Wohnung
Netter Vermieter, die Lage ist gut . Supermarkt ist gleich über die Straße , der Strand ist etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist für kinder oder Kleinkinder gut geeignet ( Kinderwagen, hochstuhl und Spielzeug vorhanden ) .
Leuten mit rollstuhl würde ich allerdings davon abraten, da sie nicht ins Bad kommen können, der Rest der Wohnung ist gut zugänglich. Wer also nur schlecht läuft, für ihn ist die Wohnung auch gut geeignet.
