Quarto com limpeza impecável, com o sossego da natureza ao redor, estilo cabaninha no meio do mato e de fácil acesso. Ótimo para descansar durante os dias de passeio na região. Só a recepção não foi muito receptiva no período noturno, mas todos os outros funcionários eram muito prestativos, amigáveis e educados. As rosquinhas do café da manhã são uma delícia (quando tem disponível no buffet, porque a la carte não tem a opção), assim como os outros pratos mais caseiros. Esse esquema diferenciado no café também deixou um pouco a desejar pois não engloba muitos itens do buffet (nem coisas básicas como bacon de acompanhamento de omelette)

Adoramos nossa estadia. A propriedade é linda, com manutenção impecável, com espaço para crianças, ampla área verde, excelente para descansar. Ficamos em um apartamento. Não era muito amplo, mas suficiente para 3, confortável e limpo. Destaque especial para o excelente café da manhã! Serviço impecável. Já estive em resorts 5* que não ofereciam um serviço tão bom. Todo pessoal do staff muito solícito, educado e amigável.

Wonderful place that I will come back again.

It might be a bit hard to find, but it's actually minutes away by car to Gramado. Know the path once and it's super convenient. The property is huge, and has lots of greens. There is even a farm where I spotted an extraordinary golden long-tailed bird. Wonderful bedding and nice heating. The hotel and my room are super clean and cozy.

Voltei ao hotel depois de 3 anos e a deterioração é evidente. O café da manhã regrediu muito — a variedade diminuiu drasticamente, a qualidade caiu e já não lembra em nada o que o hotel oferecia antes. É, de longe, a mudança mais decepcionante. O quarto também aparenta estar parado no tempo, com visual antigo e sem nenhum sinal de atualização. Mas o pior é o barulho. A acústica é péssima: dá para ouvir tudo dos quartos ao redor e de cima. E o mais absurdo é começarem a limpeza às 8h da manhã, arrastando móveis e fazendo barulho intenso, mesmo com checkout às 11h e check-in às 14h. Dormir um pouco mais é simplesmente impossível. Além disso, o atendimento caiu — os funcionários já foram muito mais receptivos. Hoje, a equipe parece desmotivada e distante. No geral, o hotel perdeu muita qualidade. Não entrega mais a experiência que já ofereceu e precisa de melhorias urgentes.

Eu geralmente não faço esse tipo de avaliação, mas outros precisam ser alertados - o valor pago não vale nem 1/3! Hospedagem caríssima para uma propriedade que não oferece nada em troca. O teto da banheiro tinha mofo - eles não oferecem serviço de quarto e nem a opção de um restaurante a noite. É longe de tudo então existem poucos restaurantes que entregam. Ainda me cobraram taxas erradas na saída - esperaria algo assim de um hotel 2* que custasse muito menos do que a fortuna que eu paguei para essas 3 diárias. Não só nunca mais volto como recomendo a todos que conheço para que fiquem longe!

A estadia no Bangalôs da Serra é imperdível. Equipe de atendimento e de limpeza muito competente, transformam a experiência na serra gaúcha em algo inesquecível. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e de excelente qualidade. Inclusive, além da diversidade de pratos, conta com um atendimento personalizado, levando em conta as limitações alimentares dos seus hóspedes. Se tiver alguma intolerância a alimentos, basta solicitar à excelente equipe de cozinha, que fazem ajustes personalizados nos alimentos. De certo, recomendamos e voltaremos!

Nova adm deixa a desejar, hotel segue maravilhoso

Estive novamente no Bangalôs da Serra, desta vez com colegas de trabalho para participarmos de um congresso na cidade. Fiquei um pouco chateada com a nova administração do Bangalôs, o serviço mudou. Sou cliente faz muitos anos e agora aquele toque de carinho na chegada, bilhete de boas-vindas, pantufinha, café ou chá no hall de entrada, até mesmo a possibilidade de jantar no hotel apreciando a lareira, cartazes sobre sustentatibilidade com o mapa do hotel explicando seu uso de placas eolicas ou aproveitamento da água da chuva, ou adquirir as pelúcias dos animais símbolos do hotel, nada disso existe mais. Entendo corte de gastos, mas não me importaria de pagar mais caro para seguir usufruindo de todos esses confortos e mimos, sei da grande dificuldade que passaram os meses após a enchente de 2024. Ainda faltou atenção ao meu pedido de camas de solteiro para nossos dois bangalôs, pois estávamos em 4 colegas de trabalho indo ao congresso e precisaram ir ajustar separando as camas de casal lá pelas 21h em nossos bangalôs. Encontrei uma das cobertas suja, substituí por outra extra. Eu continuo achando as dependências desse hotel maravilhosas, o lugar é de uma paz inexplicável mas sinto falta da antiga adm. Feliz porque dona Rose segue na cozinha do café da manhã com todas as delícias que são ofertadas aos hóspedes. Os animais na fazendinha são maravilhosos, espero que sigam bem cuidados como nos anos anteriores.

Quartos perfeitos, mas vagas garagem ruim

O hotel em si é maravilhoso. Porém todos os quartos ficam com saída para fora e não próximo ao estacionamento fazendo com que você ande a pé em caso de chuva. O hotel fica um tanto fora do centro E o fato de o hotel não ter restaurante, acesso a comida necessita que a gente faça pedido fora tendo que subir lá na recepção para buscar mesmo em caso de chuva
