No receptionist that we can talk and help us to check in & check out personally. An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. The check out is the another problem, still no receptionist present, an old lady help us.

We stayed in one of the comfort cabins, and the maintenance and cleaning were not that good. The table/kitchen-area were fine, but it was very dusty/dirty around the bed, and the flooring was partly missing in the same area. It had a strong odour of old wooden cabin. Silverfish observered. The common areas were ok, and felt cleaner. The duvet were missing, but the staff were helpful and brought it to the cabin when we asked for it. It had a firealarm, which was good.

Easy to find and located in a lovely area. Even though the email stated that the reception would be open until 17:30, it actually closed at 17:00. Luckily, we found the key without any problems. The room was clean and ready, but a few things were missing: glasses, bowls, batteries for the remote control, and most importantly, a chair for the table. We emailed them about it right away but never received a reply. Overall, an okay stay, but with a lack of attention to details.

Dejligt sted.

Meget hyggeligt sted. God mad på restauranten. Værelset hyggeligt og sengen god. Alt var som ønsket. Vi benyttede muligheden for at bestille en morgenmads pakke. Så inden vi tjekkede ud spiste vi lune rundstykker og drak dejlig kaffe. Det kongelige tema er gennemgående for hele stedet, hvilket er ret hyggeligt.

Das Doppelbett war völlig durchgelegen. Geschirr teilweise nicht richtig gespült, ist aber auch nachvollziehbar, wenn man für Wasser zum abwaschen bezahlen muss. Da spart eben so manch einer. Waschräume/Toiletten teilweise Ablauf verstopft. Da auch das Wasser zum duschen separat berechnet wird ist es auch da schmutzig.

Hotelagtig overnatning på campingplads...

Campingplads hvor de fleste ser ud til at være fastliggere eller bo i hytter. Det er første gang vi prøver et sådant sted. De har også en bygning med 10-12 dobbeltværelser - der boede vi. Hvis vi kommer i nabolaget igen vender vi helt sikkert tilbage. Hjælpsomt personale og fastliggere har åbentlyst vænnet sig til at være venlige og nysgerrige overfor "os andre".

Stedet er groet til i ukrudt og græs. Receptionen er dårligt nok eksisterende og ingen skiltning med træffetider Comfortværelset bar ikke præg af comfort. Der var mange fejl og mangler. Ingen mulighed for at købe morgenbrød. Ikke et sted vi vil benytte igen.

En dejlig plads med god plads til hunde og børn. Vær dog opmærksom på, at der ikke er dyner og puder i hytterne, det kan lejes, men koster ekstra. Var skuffet over dette, da der stod ‘medbring selv sengelinned’ - det er i min optik usædvanligt, at der ikke er dyner og puder, derfor burde det stå meget tydligt frem.

Der er meget plads til forbedringer

Rengøringen var meget mangelfuld - de fælles toiletter/baderum var konstant beskidte, der var ingen sæbe i dispenserne til håndvask efter toilet besøg, der manglede kroge til at hænge håndklæde på og i badet var der ikke mulighed for at regulere vandtemperaturen. Ofte lugtede bade/toilet rummene af hundeafføring. Ville være godt med rengøring flere gange i døgnet, mulighed for overdækning, så fodtøj skulle stilles udenfor rummet. Hytten manglede en håndvask med rindende vand og rengøring under senge, i hjørnerne og fjerne spindelvæv ved vægge og lofter. Omgivelserne var hyggelige, bygningerne fine og så nye/ny renoverede ud. Blot en skam rengøringen var af ringe kvalitet. Restauranten og kokken bør oppe sig rigtig meget. Vi gik meget skuffede derfra.

Bære præg af manglende vedligeholdelse og lidt spredt mellem herre og dame toiletterne.. ingen WIFI med mindre man var ved receptionen.. De der benyttede svømmebadet har samme toilet/bad som øvrige gæster hvilket gør at det er meget beskidt på gulvet.. da vi ikke kræver så meget og ikke opholdt os i hytten så meget fik den omh.
