Excellent location. Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Reception staff excellent. Hotel room a bit tired, eg. hooks pulled off the door. Poor refreshments, just one coffee per person. Cleaning team, didn’t replace everything every day, one day coffee, one day conditioner etc. 2 days came back to room late afternoon and it hadn’t been cleaned

We had a lovley 2 night break at the Elite Park Avenue. Staff, food and drink all excellent. Room was spacious and well appointed. Shower was amazing. Toiletries were so nice and really good quality. We loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a central location.

Making things right

I will start with what they did right. There was a problem and they fixed it. Staff are kind and courteous and going out of their way to make things right when they aren’t. They went above and beyond! The hotel itself is a bit tired and basic but the bed was very comfortable.
