Checked into this hotel at 10:00 pm after flying into Geneva. The hotel runs a free shuttle from the passenger arrival area (outside the baggage claims) about once every 15 minutes. It is possible to also walk to the hotel, but one has to walk through a car garage and it would take about 15 minutes - not ideal if carrying a lot of luggage. Unfortunately the pool/spa closed before I checked in - would have liked a 24-hour pool/spa, not sure why the hotel doesn't keep the pool/spa open at all times for late night arrivals. The other major problem was that the hotel Wifi was completely inoperable - I could not get my browser to launch the Internet login page - a real hassle. The hotel staff (rather arrogantly) insisted that the problem was on my end, which was certainly not the case. This problem was not resolved and the hotel staff did nothing to resolve it except tell me that my laptop was the problem. Aside from that, the room was spacious, modern, comfortable and very clean. I managed to get a good night's rest before my departing flight the next morning.

This is comfort hotel on good place,quiet , clean, well-groomed appearance. Only 5 minutes from airport and 25 from center of Geneva with bus. Good service, very kind staff. But uncosy, boring lobby, without good suvenir or other shop. Unacceptable to missing included breakfast for this expensive room price.
We stayed only 1 night but room was wonderfull clean and hotel was not bad at all. Definetly worths what u paying.
The bedroom and washroom were inviting, modern and spacious, larger than standard hotel rooms. Despite its proximity to the airport, we were not disturbed by any noise from aircraft traffic. We attended a convention at Palexpo and appreciated its proximity to this facility.
Stayed at the Starling Hotel, near the GVA airport, we had a 6:50 Am flight and the shuttle trip took 3 minutes, great service all around, friendly check in with lots of suggestions on our questions, we had a child so the indoor pool was great, nice fitness area. Did not try the restaurants in the hotel, all staff very friendly and super clean. Bathroom has shower and tub separate, very clean and up to date. Would stay there again and recommend to our friends.
