This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. We stayed in the family suite for one night and everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very kind and the bed was so comfortable. I had a beautiful view from my room too. The only thing not provided are wash cloths and the converter plug for charging phones and such. There is one usb plug in the clock but if you need more then bring your own. I thought the breakfast was great but my kids didn’t eat. I guess it’s just different from what they are use to. We asked for a taxi to be called at 845a the next day and it was ready and waiting after we finished breakfast. I would definitely stay there again!

AC worked horribly, front desk was rude, room was dirty, sheets were not clean.

We were a group of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens, and the accommodations were excellent and perfectly satisfied our needs. We got the suite, and although we were used to a lot more space, this suite did fit our needs very well. We had an overnight stay here, as we were on our way to Zurich. I do wish we could have spent more time here, as the hotel was quite good and reasonably priced. The hotel was also right close to the number 10 electric bus that would keep you into the city center and to the lake. The hotel restaurant was good, as we had a meat plate AND fondue, and the hotel is recommended.

The hotel is very clean, staff are so helpful and have service mind, location is great opposit Balexert shopping mall, will stay here again next time

Very spacious, smooth check-in despite the early arrival. Breakfast could be improved.

Nice hotel, but the worst service EVER! The first and only hotel I have stayed that would ask me to carry my luggages to my room by myself because they do not have luggage services! Upon checking out, their service staff Silvia blamed me for using the glass in mini bar and that may cause them trouble cleaning, ridiculous! Even though I reserved the taxi at the front office the previous day, the car arrived more than half an hour late! There are so many hotel options in the area, so stay away from this one!

Very well-tailored for the business executive who demands a clean well-appointed suite, but dines in town for business meetings. A perfect two-day stay in Geneva.

Spaceous for European Hotel with very clean Scandinavia type décor. The hotel is 3 min walking distance from the N0. 10 electric tram bus route that runs every 10-15 minutes from GVA airport where you can pickup at a dispensing machine a 80 min valid Geneve transportation card for free in the baggage claim area, (get it before you leave the area), used to get to the hotel. The Hotel provides a complimentary Transportation card for the stay that allow free access to Geneva's good transportation network. While the hotel is not inexpensive, it is not bad compared to the higher cost for hotels, one will encounter in Switzerland

I was pleasantly surprised -- really comfortable room, and even though it's a bit far from the city, the bus stops literally outside the front door. Plus, it's right across from a mall with a grocery store, and the rooms all have mini-fridges, so you can keep snacks and quick meals right in your room. AND a Nespresso maker, right in the room!

Very helpful staff. Room was clean and we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the suite. For a small family visiting the area, the airport and city sites were easily accessible via bus and trams- biggest bonus is the free transportation passes given to all family members that even works on water taxis on Lake Geneva Jet d'Eau area. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to sleep after spending the day visiting the beautiful areas in Geneva.

Does everything it says. Clean, comfortable. Not a luxury hotel, but for one night, didn't need anything else. Rested well before traveling on.

The room is very spacious, clean and well designed. We had a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle and free wi fi. The staff was very helpfull and sorted out a problem with the reservation. The hotel is very close to the airport and is located near a mall, gas station and McDonalds. We only stayed one night, but I would reccomned this hotel to families who need a larger room for a reasonable price (for Geneva).

Unbeleivably spacious for Geneva; each room contained a queen-size bed, a couch/single bed and an additional single-size trundle bed. The exercise room is tiny and underequipped (no treadmill); check-in took two people 10 minutes despite reservations.

This is a clean recently built hotel located on a major road, not far from the airport. It is some distance from the train station and the center of Geneva. The room was spacious and clean, built in a modular fashion so that the bathroom and toilet room were within the room but separate. The furnishings were modern in design and were functional. The room had air conditioning but I am not sure that it worked as it never seemed to cool adequately. The bed had an overly firm foam mattress that wasn't particularly comfortable. Both my wife and I woke up with sore backs.
