The room was great and well suited to my needs for a one night stay. However, the staff working the morning shift at the front desk were terrible. I was given incorrect instructions on where the shuttle would pick me up which resulted in me standing waiting for more than 30 minutes, not a big deal except when you are travelling and need to be somewhere. Front desk staff was not helpful when I asked for assistance, in fact refused to call a taxi for me when I asked. I was connecting to a train and almost missed it. Between the shuttle driver not picking me up and the front desk staff, my overall experience was less than ideal. The room itself was lovely.

This hotel is very close to the airport. You can actually walk there. Bus transportation into Geneva is good and they helpfully send you a pass that enables you to use transportation around Geneva before you check in. My biggest issue with this hotel is that there are three hotels with basically the same name in the same place and the hotel’s reception desk is not staffed so you have to check in at another hotel. Very confusing!

Convenient Comfortable Stay with a Few Drawbacks

I stayed at Nash Pratik for four nights and overall had a good experience. The location near Geneva Airport was ideal, especially with the complimentary shuttle service running every 20 minutes to the airport and railway station. It made day trips to Lausanne and Bern super convenient, and the drivers were friendly and punctual. Check-in was a bit chaotic—there weren’t enough staff on the desk, and I couldn’t get all my questions answered. That said, the staff were friendly and tried their best under pressure. The room itself was clean and well-equipped: comfortable bed, fresh towels, a good shower, a small safe, and even an iron and ironing board which I really appreciated. The TV had a great selection of channels, and daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. My only real issue was the lack of soundproofing. As a light sleeper, I struggled with noise from neighbouring rooms—loud TVs, chatter, and banging sounds late at night on two occasions. I understand the hotel can’t control other guests, but better insulation would have made a big difference. If you're looking for a clean, well-connected airport hotel with solid amenities and great transport links, Nash Pratik is a good choice. Just be aware of potential noise if you're sensitive to sound.

Excellent service from Nabil on reception. Excellent location and very good stay at the Nash hotel. Unfortunately, the tall guy- (who looked like he was a head waiter from the restaurant; at breakfast was extremely rude and muttering in French and looked like he was tired of his job- as he could not be bothered to understand me while I was requesting service as though he didn’t understand the English language?! Or just being rude!

Room was very small but clean and comfortable and this was only for 1 night before an early flight. Very quiet and considering how close we were to the airport it was surprising. Reception was based in the hotel opposite. We used the Restaurant in opposite hotel and was a welcome addition after travelling to the hotel. Shuttle to the airport was very useful and on time. Would book again for 1 night.

Room was clean and more spacious because we had a wheelchair access room. (001) Hotel is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle service. It is also easy to hop on a number 10 bus and ride to the centre of Geneva for free with the printed pass from reception.
