Asked to check back later. When we did we were told they had take down my credit card number in a notebook and I would charged when the system is fixed. Needed an iron and was going to have to put down a deposit to use it. (They waived it thankfully). And the ground transportation to the Airport is a public bus you fetch across the street at no cost to yourself. Request prior to arrival for an airport from the hotel went unanswered.
