Great option for spending a couple of days in Geneva near the airport. Our room was very nice, the rates very reasonable, and we were amazed at how quiet it was for being next to the airport. A great bonus was having the public transit pass with the room! We traveled all over the city with it. Although the breakfast bar was not included with our rate, we paid the 24CHF for it one morning and were extremely pleased - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, cereal, breads, and excellent coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

The check-in guy was great. But that was about it. Bedding was clean, but I’m not sure the bathroom was that spotless. As for food almost nonexistent when I arrived I had to go across to the hotel area and all they had was pizza. Not the greatest stay

According to my booking confirmation, my Superior Suite rate included "Breakfast Buffet". However, when I went to have breakfast in the morning, after I had already served food onto my plate, the waitress informed me that breakfast was not included and that I had to pay for it. I clearly told her that breakfast was included in my reservation, as stated in my Expedia confirmation. She then checked with the reception and came back insisting that I had to pay. The situation was embarrassing and time-sensitive, and I had to leave to my work without eating breakfast, despite having already paid for a rate that includes it. This caused: Direct loss of a service that was included in the rate I paid; Unnecessary stress and embarrassment in front of staff and other guests; Disruption of my schedule, as I left for my meetings without having breakfast.

Great place! We were only there for a 13 hour layover, but it's a great location, the rooms are clean, and there was a restaurant and bar on the premises. And the beds were comfortable! Who could ask for more?

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellent location for walking to the trains and buses and airport. The airport shuttle was appreciated. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

We only stayed at this hotel one night before a flight out the next day. The room was clean and spacious. There was a mini fridge, kettle and microwave. The only issue we had was we could not get any heat in the room and the front desk did not answer when we called. There aren't many options in the area to eat or buy food. We were able to get some snacks at a gas station convenience store within walkng distance. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle. The hotel was fine for a one night layover.
