The house was cute, comfortable and very well equipped and has a full wraparound porch with a view of the ocean. Gearhart is a cool and very quiet little beach hamlet that suited us quite well. Terrific visit.

The location is central to the area. The view from the back of the house is so beautiful and the back yard is expansive. Just a block away from the ocean.

Great Location!

We loved staying at the Gin Ridge Cottage! The neighborhood was quiet, there was easy access to the beach, and the house had rustic charm.

Cute beach cottage!

Our family had an amazing stay here. Our second year in a row at this house and it didn’t disappoint! Super cute cottage feel, but also so clean and great views! The house also has a lot of stocked items (especially in the kitchen). Will definitely stay here again next summer!

Great Gearhart Trip!

Our group ranges from 8-80 and we couldn’t have had a better setup. Despite some rainy windy weather we’d rate our stay a 10. Plenty of room to curl up with a book, play games or watch sports on tv. Great amenities for cooking and sharing a meal around the family size dining table. And when the sun came out a spacious deck for more fun and food.

Family Reunion

This house really worked well for our group. The bedrooms were delightfully decorated and beds were comfy. Bathrooms conveniently located. Comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen was good and well equiped with a big clean frig and dishwasher. Deck was fabulous with great view and plenty of seating space.. Thanks for sharing your home with us.!!

Cozy, homey and close to the beach!

My family loved our visit and we have frequented this cozy beach house many times. It is charming and homey with the wood-burning fireplace and picturesque views just 1 block from the beach. The claw foot soaking tub is a treat at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans and utensils to cook whatever meals you want. We will return again in the near future!

Perfect wedding venue

We held our wedding for family members on outdoor deck and it was perfect. Only complaint about the home is the tiny tiny shower.

Sweet and Charming home!

So glad to have found a place that had enough beds for 6 adults! The home is somewhat rustic, but clean and quaint. The cleaning crew was still on site when we arrived but they were so friendly and were gone by the time we returned from dinner.

Charming Home

My family and I really enjoyed the home. We cooked most of our meals in and enjoyed the barbeque. We had plenty of space for everyone and the location was perfect! A short walk to the beach and a short walk to the cute village. We also were able to walk to the golf course & Sand Trap for an adventure with the kids. The decor of the cottage was adorable, it was functional but still stayed true to the historic home.

Great time!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful Gearhart home. The house provided plenty of space for individual quiet time as well as for group time in the living and dining areas. The kitchen was equipped with any pot or utensil a cook might need, and the beds were very comfortable. We all rated it five star and hope to come back for another stay in the future. (Having tennis/pickleball/basketball courts nearby was an additional benefit for the grandkids.)

Nice house. However we ran out of toilet paper on Thanksgiving day and all stores were closed. Found blood on pillowcase and no soap in bathrooms. 😒
