Our group had a great time. The cabin was lovely. Since we are usually camping, this was definitely a treat for us. The cabin was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. A big plus? There was PLENTY of hot water for our big group!

It was a nice place close to everything it was stocked well with everything you needed. The cleanliness was lacking. The floors needed mopped and the windows and blinds in the whole house were very dirty.

Great experience!

Great location for our first trip to Smoky Mountains. Cabin was spacious and very CLEAN! We loved the rockers and swing on the decks. The hot tub was wonderful, especially after our hikes. Beds comfy-we actually slept unlike at most hotels we go to. Pleasantly surprised by supplies (tp, papertowel, plastic bags, towels, kitchenware) available. The pool table was a favorite too. Communication with Amy was excellent. We made life-long family memories. Would highly recommend this rental.

Relaxing Stay

We had such a relaxing time. The property is spacious, beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was great! The roads getting to and from were easy, and everything we wanted to do was close by. The game room was perfect for our teenagers. We would love to come back!

Wonderful long weekend get-away!

Check in was seamless, cabin was very clean. Had everything we needed for a long weekend get-away!! My 7 year old stayed upstairs and had the best time playing pool, Pac-Man and we played Hookie for the first time and ordered one for our own house!! Plenty of blankets and pillows. Extra trash bags and toiletries was a nice surprise!! We will definitely book again! The hot tub was very clean, it was nice to be able to put the baby ( 1 year) in the bedroom on the bottom floor and head up to play games with my other son and not worry about being quiet or waking him!! Great location to downtown Gatlinburg with major traffic it only took 8 min ( probably 3 without traffic but it was a holiday weekend)!!

Fall Break 2024

Hawks Landing was perfect for our group. The layout of the cabin is great. The living area is very cozy and we loved the multiple decks. The beds were very comfy and my teen daughters appreciated the queen bunk beds. The game room was a lot of fun and was a great place for us to be able to hangout all together. This is one of the best rentals we have had in the Gatlinburg area and look forward to renting again !!!

Absolutely beautiful and comfy cabin. My family had a wonderful stay. Cabin was very clean, and homey. We had everything needed for cooking, bathing, and relaxing. Our host, Amy, was very responsive and helpful. Awesome time in an awesome cabin with awesome people!

Great Stay in Gatlinburg!

This is a great family home on the outskirts (1-2 miles) of downtown Gatlinburg! We easily went to Dollywood one day and did downtown Gatlinburg on the other 2 days. The sites at Pigeon Forge are about 20 minutes away. The home really is setup perfectly with full bathrooms in each bedroom. The hot tub is extremely clean and very nice to relax for 30 minutes after a day of walking or hiking. The 3rd floor room has nice bunk beds and a new pullout if needed. The selection of games in this very large 3rd floor family room are enjoyable for all ages. Air hockey, pool and Ms Pac-Man are a perfect selection and allows you to skip any arcades on your trip as the home provides that for the kids/adults. The family room on the main 2nd floor is great, too. Finally, the 3 porches back up to privacy woods to enjoy coffee or adult drinks. Coffee in the trees each morning with birds chirping. The owner Amy offers the perfect amount of communication and the home is extremely clean and has many new updates including new floors and bathrooms (high end feel throughout). Would definitely stay again on next visit!

Perfect place for our group

This cabin worked wonderfully for us four ladies. We spent our days hiking and came back to a relaxing hot tub before supper and games. Each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The Internet was a little inconsistent but Amy offered suggestions and was also going to follow up after our visit. Would highly recommend.

Great house in the mountains!

Convenient to town and pigeon Forge. The kids loved the game room. One of the reasons I chose this house was it wasn’t too steep of a climb to get to the house. I’m afraid of the steep narrow roads and this didn’t have either. I also chose this cabin because of the walk in shower on the main level (elderly friendly). Overall our family enjoyed the cabin and would stay again. The highlight of my son’s trip was taking the trash to the dumpster and seeing a bear!

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house was very clean and has plenty of room. We loved the mints left for us on the night stand. It was a nice little touch. We enjoyed the game room, hot tub, games (Sequence) and visiting Gatlinburg. The house is close to downtown, too.

We thouroughly our cabin. Clean, roomy and relaxing. We had a bear walk right by us at the porch! Highlight of the week :) Amy, (owner) very helpful and friendly. I will definitely b telling friends and family about Hawk's Landing"!

Great family fun

We had two families stay with a total of 6 kids under 8 and 4 adults. The amount of bathrooms & bedrooms worked perfect. Loved the hot tub. House was clean. The house had hand soap and extra toilet paper and plenty of clean dishes. The owner had prompt & frequent communication and easy check in. We saw two bears in the main dumpster so beware of that when dumping trash!!! We hiked, visited Ober mountain, wild bear water park, ripleys aqarium, rented a pontoon on Douglas lake, played mini golf at hillbilly golf, & ate at Daquiri Shack & Cherokee grill and both had amazing food and service! Highly recommend this house and all of the activities we did. It was a blast!

A Wonderful Experience
