I wasn’t given the option of a terrace. I would have enjoyed to opportunity to sit outside.

Don’t purchase the breakfast because they have no restaurant. You have to use your $30 to feed entire family on fruit and coffee bar snacks. And if purchasing thru here hotel will refuse to refund your money because of some “policy”. Hotel was ok I would not stay here again. Rude staff
The shower in my room was very slippery not slip proof and no mat in the shower other than that beautiful hotel

I liked the location of the hot tub and how there was an indoor pool. I was also a fan of the bar area.

Cozy lobby with a nice gas log fire. Convenient to everything in Gatlinburg. Nice bar area. Starbucks in the lobby. (Only open in the morning)
