Menu was fresh; maybe needs a little more variety. Staff was excellent. Room was exceptionally clean. Very pet friendly and great to be right near the outside pet walk. The only down side was the extremely poor planning of the lights in the bedroom. All lights are across the side that the head of the beds are. This makes the side where you are making coffee or trying to use desk virtually useless.

So the staff was great, and the breakfast was pretty good as well. The room was clean for what it was The only thing that I would have a complaint about was on the balcony door there was a big gap on the bottom to allow cold air into the room and or bugs because there were several. And the smell wasn't that great. But generally it was okay.

I would book again. Christmas lights lit up the street across from River balcony adding to the spirit. We had a fireplace in the room which made it a lovely winter addition. The hot tub was a bust - luke warm - but everything else was great. The people were very nice. I will book again.

The property is rundown. The online pictures don’t represent the hotel’s dilapidated reality. The hallway carpet was filthy and smelled musty. The cloth that attempted to cover the bed base was unfitted and dirty. The worst parte was the entrance of the hotel. The doors are unlocked for anyone to access the premises at anytime. There isn’t key card or any other lock mechanism. I felt unsafe there. While the view from rooms is beautiful, it doesn’t make up for the inadequacies of this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
