This hotel is quite the curiousity - it could be easily a four star hotel, but so many simple improvements are necessary: - no hooks in the entire sauna area; the shampoos just stand on the floor - this spa area could be beautiful, but it lacks attention and detail - part of the gym equipment is broken - the rooms need serious renovation; mine had missing carpet and there was a wooden box on the floor to stop the window from opening - the breakfast was also improveable, but that was mainly due to the fact that the regular breakfast room was not available due to a pipe that burst On the pro side: - awesome location - very friendly reception!

The staff make the difference! The staff her were not inviting or pleasant. The room was very outdated and the pillows were FLAT! The common areas seem updated but the rooms were not at all! Our room had a balcony door that lead to a two story drop! It was sealed shut by a wooden block screwed to the floor to prevent it from opening.

Great Stay!

Very nice hotel with friendly front desk clerk. My only complaint was that my pillow was very flat and uncomfortable. The hotel is in a very nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic!
