The first staff member I was greeted by was very pleasant and showed great customer service skills. Room was nice and clean. I could hear children running around until 1am, bathroom didn’t work, and parking was awful

The room wasn’t very clean. The floors needed to be vacuumed as I saw stuff that was missed and the bedside lamp hasn’t been dusted in a while.

The parking that is the closest to the entrance is very limited. Although there are spots way in the back, this makes it inconvenient for people who are in a rush or prefer closer parking. Not only this is inconvenient, but they charge us 29 dollars a night for parking that is sometimes taken by people who are here for certain events for the whole night while people who actually pay for their hotel rooms don’t have the chance to have closer parking. I drove around for almost 45 minutes to find the closest parking. The only available ones I found were way in the back but the area felt unsafe and empty. This is very disappointing and inconvenient.

The staff is very friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean (excellent cleaning service, by the way). The only "problem" was that the air conditioning did not work for two nights, but it was cold outside - we just wanted to turn on the fan to ventilate - so it was not a big issue. They were very friendly with our children. There were a lot of people staying, so parking was complicated -the car was far from us-, but there is enough space and felt safe.
