Very enjoyable vacation home

We had a blast! The kiddie pool was a hit with our littles!! The house itself was the perfect size for our 2 night stay!

Elevators were broken and had to walk all of our luggage up to 3rd floor. 1 of the 2 pools out of order, and pots with grease residue. Other than that a good stay!

Great Beach access

This was a great little condo. You can walk to the beach, there’s a Walmart and sonic within walking distance as well. It was clean and exactly as described. I will say if you’re planning a grocery haul to save money the refrigerator is bigger than a “dorm” fridge but still very small, so you’ll need to utilize an ice chest. We were able to make it work just fine. There’s sand castle toys and a few beach towels available to use. The tv in the bedroom is very slow as far as loading content, but the living room tv worked great. We really enjoyed our stay. The two pools on site was an added bonus. We will be back.

Cute & good location

Easy, secure access, and easy check-in. Direct access to Beach, convenient location, and if you forgot anything at home, there’s plenty of stores literally across the street or nearby to pick things up at. Family of six fit just fine for our four-day vacay, but probably not big enough for more than four adults, and that’s if two of the adults are OK with sleeping in the bunkbeds. We used the pullout couch; it was barely comfortable enough for our two kids. It definitely needs replaced.

Very nice place but the elevator was terrible. We had to use the stairs sometimes. The frig was small but we made it work. We werent aware we would need to furnish toilet paper. The couch felt dirty and kind of damp smelling so we used air mattress. We still would stay again but will be better prepared. Thank you Wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall it was good.

It does not have a full size fridge, but that was transparent in photos. The Wi-Fi was okay. The bedroom tv took forever to load, but the living room tv was great. The location is amazing because you can walk to the beach, Wal-mart, sonic, and there is a Papa John’s also in walking distance for quick food! We really enjoyed the use of the pools on site. It was very clean. It is small but all details were very transparent in the listing so we knew that ahead of time. For the price it was great. There is no oven, but that was also clear in pictures. We enjoyed our stay. Just know the refrigerator is just a smidge bigger than a “dorm” fridge and there is no actual oven. That is clear in pictures. You can’t beat the location, price, or amenities.

Frustrated

Very small space, best fit 4 people. Kitchen appliances are small size. Laundry is far from the unit. Spend $10 for 1 load, and not even dry completely. Beware if you get a text or told from Vacasa that your issues are sent to “local property manager”, then don’t expect anyone get back with you. Good luck! My advice is to look for a hotel suite, then this condo unit.

Dirty and no response from management company

Upon arrival the condo looked clean, however, it didn't take long to realize just how dirty it was. The couch and rugs were soiled, the dishes were put away dirty, some of the towels had what appeared to be makeup on them, we couldn't get the TVs to work, and the freezer was a solid block of ice. I notified Vacasa, as they manage this unit, via a text message they sent me and sent them all the photos of the issues. I was told the "Local Team" would be contacting me to assit....no one ever showed up. I contacted them again, but nothing. I was promised via text and phone calls that my issues would be handled, but I was ghosted. They disregarded my requests for assistance over and over. I have contacted Vacasa since my return and have been told I will receive a call back...nothing! They refuse to put me in direct contact with the local team who should have addressed my issues. I would not recommend this unit because the management company does not respond. I have rented many times on VRBO and have NEVER had this problem.
