Nice home! Plenty of rooms and beds. Location is awesome, right on beach. Managers were quick to respond when we reached out. Near Galveston and all food and shopping.

So both of the AC systems didn't work, had to have someone come to service while we were there, had a door handle fall off the minute we got there and we could not open the freezer door because the ice maker bin was broken, no pans to cook anything besides an egg, was not a very pleasant experience for sure, house was not so clean, anyways It was a beautiful location and we loved that

Great place to stay with friends and family. Upon arrival, the floors were pretty sandy throughout the house, but it is right on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, minus pans. The host responded in a timely manner when we had any questions. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect beachfront location! Not a busy beach so delightful. House was clean but is definitely showing her age and needs general maintenance and repairs. Anything that was broken or needed attention management responded to messaging immediately and maintenance was there with in an hour. It’s not blue (as in the VBRO pictures) anymore, but more of a grey. Would stay here again.

Great time

We had a great time. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. With small children we could make several trips a day to the beach without it being a big deal. The deck and chairs were wonderful for watching the waves. All of us really enjoyed it.

Another Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved this property so much that we decided to rent it again this year around the same time of year. Once again the whole family was able to come, 11 adults and 2 small children. It is so comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed it once again every moment we were there. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic Location

Perfect for a large family gathering, plenty of beds and space and room to hang out. Beautiful ocean views from the deck and just steps from the beach - location could not be beat.

Excellent beach view & access. Excellent layout and enough room for a big family, appreciate pets being allowed. But definitely needs to be disinfected between uses because our dog could pick up the scent of others dogs in the house. Floors were filthy and need a good mopping. Roaches were visible in the kitchen so suggest pest control. Don’t expect anything extra in the house bring your own bath soap and shampoo, towels and sheets need replacing.
