Absolutely love my stay. Clarence at the front desk was great getting me checked in quickly and letting me know about breakfast. Room exceeded expectations. Loved having a table to sit and eat at in the room. Everything was clean and the personalization of my name on the TV was a nice touch. Thank you and see you again soon.

I selected this hotel because it is close to UF at the Oaks Mall. The mattress was cheap foam, and the room needed a remodel. The room and the buffet could have been cleaner. Also, more vegan items for breakfast would be better

The room seemed to be less well maintained than rooms at this facility we had previously stayed at. Main overhead light in the main room did not work. Light over the desk are was loose and hanging. The light at the microwave did not work. The shower/tub leaked badly onto the bathroom floor.

It was pet friendly i didnt know. A dog across the hall from our room was left alone by its owner. It barked and cried from 7pm till after 10:30 pm. We were there because my husband had surgery 5 minutes from the hotel. The front desk did nothing when I reported the issue. Also the bed was horrible, springs poking through. Carpet was filthy, my feet were black after walking on it after shower. Will never go back!
