The view of Mt. Fuji from the room’s balcony was beautiful. The location was good, not too far from train station. Shuttle from property to Kawaguchiko Station available [must schedule], size of room a plus than many other properties. The food was provided (‘half board’- ‘Kaiseki’ for dinner [no choice], unless not selecting ‘half-board. Breakfast buffet included with ‘half-board, better buffet offerings at other property stays. One other restaurant on property, or eat in Kawagichiko town. Also thought there would be an outdoor ‘onsen’, however only indoor. Staff was professional and personable.

The hotel staff who attended to us is kind and speaks good English, this is much appreciated as we encountered challenges when communicating with some locals. There's a mini store offering snacks and souvenirs at the lobby, which was convenient for us to buy something to eat at this quiet area. The room is very spacious with a side view of the Mount Fuji, breakfast is fine, checkout process was smooth. Overall it's a great hotel for staying in this area.

Room was clean and spacious. AC temperature was controlled by the hotel. You are not able to change it in your room. Staff members who spoke English were not many. You need to call the hotel to get shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station. So, you are better to have a cellphone with international plan or find payphone.

Great location with phenomenal view of Fuji-San. Room was superior, roomy, clean, comfortable, and staff OUTSTANDING!! Will definitely staff again! Plus breakfast was GREAT!

The onsen on the property was nice and hot staff were pretty friendly. Make sure to ask for a room on a higher floor or your view of Mt. Fuji will be particularly blocked by trees. My one bigger complaints was noise in the morning. It was not from guests, but both mornings I was woken up by announcements from outside (maybe not even on the property).
