SLEEPS 20 people in 14 beds. Also, you can add another person on the Couch in the Living Room making 21 total. 2 Large TVs, one in each living room area. NEAR BULLDOG STADIUM at California State University, Fresno. CENTRALLY LOCATED near Barstow and First Streets. Enjoy the POOL in the warm Fresno Summers. Also, have a BBQ with your family and friends in the back while lounging on our large patio area. This house offers so much. The Garage is also available for Guest use.

Great value

The house was an excellent value for the price. Our family had plenty of room and the pool was a welcome retreat in the summer heat. Our host was helpful and responsive to questions. We had a great stay!

Big family reunion

We celebrated our grandpa’s 90th birthday with a huge family reunion and as we are from out of town, needed a big enough place to house our big family. David’s place was perfect for our needs. It had all the necessities to make our stay (and our sleep) comfortable! The kids were sad about not being able to swim as the California weather was just a little too cool to take a dip.

Perfect home for a large group, plenty of sleeping space, great location and very easy to communicate with the host. My kids didn’t want to leave at all.
