The condition of the property was excellent. Clean, warm, and welcoming inside. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the shower in the master bedroom was wonderful. One minor problem: the second bathroom didn't have an electrical outlet, so could not run the hair dryer. We had never visited Hanford before, and found the town delightful. Several wonderful walking neighborhoods west of the property around Hanford High School. Gary J George Author of the "Smoke Tree" series of novels.

A/C was ice cold, hot water was very hot and nice! It was nice to have a Keurig and air fryer. Nice quality pot and pans and knife set. Beds were very comfortable. Just no fitted sheet on the king bed. They did have a flat sheet and extra pillows and blankets.Dishwasher needs to be secured, it tips forward when loading and unloading and there was no dishwasher soap. Bathroom in master bedroom had a cool touch mirror function to turn it on and a heat button to defog the mirror.2nd bathroom by kitchen, the floor was not clean and the shower door doesn’t seal at the bottom so water leaks out onto the floor and needs to be mopped up. For a 2 week stay we did run out of toilet paper and paper towels.But there was plenty of trash bags which was nice.Constant dogs barking throughout the nightLaundry closet IS shared with other apartments.

Very pleasant stay

We rented the unit for ourselves and two family members who all flew to California for a funeral. Hosts were very accommodating when we had an extra out-of-town family member decide to also fly in for the funeral unexpectedly.We just messaged them and let them know. The unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The location was great for us. It was fantastic to be able to walk to the grocery store. We would stay there again.
