Staff were great. Clean. Our room had a walk in shower which needs improvement. We aimed the shower head toward the drain as much as possible however a lot f water managed to clover the floor near the toilet. It could also use towel rack or shelves closer to the shower so as not to have to walk out of the “wet area” to dry yourself. My point is the whole bathroom become very slippery. We used all the towels to mop the water back toward the drain. The laundry area could use updating. One dryer was out of order. The other one did not sound good but it did get the clothes dry. Could also use a place to sit while waiting. Breakfast bar was good and well attended to.

Where do I start. You guys checked us into a room with a broke bed. It was a queen not a king we paid for. The lady at the desk seemed like she could not be bothered. She then sent us to a different room. Keys did not work. She came with master key and opened door on another guest who was staying. Mind you this is 130am. Then finally she got us into room 118. But as we ventured the property for said room we were greeted by 3 roaches. Two dead. One I killed. In the middle of your hallways. I have photos. The room was so cold and full of condensation that our sheets were actually damp our first night. We didn’t sleep much. Both nights your guest in the room above us stomped around all NIGHT. We called the desk again could not be bothered as nothing changed. The room next to us which was a connecting room we could hear our neighbor and their cat constantly.

Huge room with jetted tub

This hotel was very modern and clean. Our room was huge with a separate sitting area and bathroom with shower with tub. It also had a nice big jetted tub in the room. Other ammenities included - 2 t.v.'s, fridge, microwave, and free wifi and parking.
