Essa é segunda vez que eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos neste hotel. A primeira estadia foi excelente, porém nessa segunda estadia, não gostamos. Nessa segunda estadia, tivemos problemas com o frigobar, o técnico foi 2x para arrumar, porém não resolveu o problema. A recepção nos trocou de quarto, mas ao chegar no “novo” quarto, tinham camas de solteiro, como colocam um casal com camas de solteiro? A dúvida é, só esse o frigobar estava funcionando? Como era tarde e só ficariamos uma noite, optamos por não questionar a recepção mais uma vez, porém saímos mais cedo do hotel.

Minha estadia foi péssima.Já fiquei no hotel outra vez . Levei amigos.Desta vez , levei os irmãos do meu marido e as avós . Uma das avós , 82 anos ficou doente no dia em q chegamos . O pessoal da recepção do hotel não pode nos emprestar uma colher para ela tomar o remédio . O hotel não serve nada de comida . A moça do café da manhã disse q iria abrir uma excessão para liberar o café para vc ela no quarto . Não tinha uma bandeija para eu levar o café . Tive q subir e descer em 3 etapas. Copos e pratos plásticos na mão . Se não bastasse isso , o Box do banheiro sem cuidados para idosos , fazendo com q ela tomasse um tombo , quando estava tomando banho e ficasse no chão por horas pq não conseguia levantar . Nem fomos falar isso na recepção , pq a equipe q estava lá a noite não era muito preocupada com hóspedes . Não forneceram nem uma colher e ao menos se preocuparam com uma senhora sozinha no quarto. O pior . Ao reservar o hotel . 4 suítes . A uma 3/4 meses atrás, pedi tanto para que colocassem todos nós num só andar . Na última vez q estive ai , fiquei num quarto q tinha uma porta q ligava num outro quarto . Pedi pelo whats, e nada fizeram.Falaram q está reserva era especia.Não vi no site q tinham quartos interligados.So vi l duplo quádruplo.Em fim,poderia pelo menos ter posto todos juntos num mesmo andar.Não é difícil isto para um hotel né? Sinceramente: Decepcionada com vcs! Lembrando q vou 3x por ano para Foz e ficamos sempre no Interludion. Lá é demais! Luz nunca mais

Quartos voltado para a rua e em andares baixos sofrem um pouco com o baruho apesar do bom trabalho de vedação das janelas. O hotel fica do lado da rodoviária então é uma localizção menos privilegiada que no centro.

El hotel es muy bueno. Nos cobraron una tasa de servicio extra que nos dijeron al entrar que era voluntaria y no estaba anunciada al reservar. Cuando les dijimos que era voluntaria al salir nos dijeron que no, que era obligatoria.
