Very friendly staff and the comp breakfast was good. The room itself smelled horrible- like wet dog. I don’t think there was anything that the housekeepers could have done to get the smell out.

AC not working and room was excessively warm. They gave me a broken fan and told me that was all they could do, that I could open the door or a window. At checkout I complained about it and they didn’t care. I should be reimbursed for what I paid. Will never stay in a Best Western again in my life.

The breakfast was good and the room was decent for the price. The bed wasn't as he most comfortable and the hot tub was not working. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was within walking distance of a good place to eat.
