The Palms 501 is a recently renovated 2BR/2BA Gulf Front condo on Okaloosa Island that sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The Palms 501 features a master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and balcony access to gorgeous beach views. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunkbed. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated with new granite countertops, cabinets, backsplash, and fixtures. There is also new paint and vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire unit. Enjoy the beachfront location and private corner balcony with new lounge chairs for enjoying the salty breeze. The Palms 501 is the prime spot for your next family beach vacation.

The condo itself was lovely & super clean. We did have a slight mishap with the door upon checking in, but that was resolved immediately. My only complaint is the parking. The pillars around the assigned spots are ridiculously tight and for me, it wasn’t worth the time & effort to park in our assigned spot. But that’s not the property owner’s fault. Definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Beach Condo

Beautiful and clean condo just steps from the beach. Accommodated four adults and two children without feeling cramped. Small complex meant plenty of space on the beach. Covered parking space was tight for a large suv but there were plenty of additional parking spots in the parking lot. Would stay here again!

Very nice condo, but....

Left one day early. First time stay here this time of year. Was here few years ago in october and was lots better. Lots of people in small area, road construction made travel a headache. Noise from adjoining units made it hard to sleep. Could improve on shower head water pressure which made for long showers. Would recommend but wasnt for us at this time to enjoy and relax.

Great family vacation spot

The location was directly on the beach, our condo had the balcony facing the ocean and you couldn’t beat the view. The condo was plenty big enough to fit 5-6 people. The only complaint my wife and I had was the bed in the master bedroom. It was so uncomfortable that my wife and I were waking up multiple times a night every night we were there. The bed was really stiff! It got so bad my wife chose to sleep on the couch rather than the bed the last night there. Other than this, our stay was great!

NO pool.

The property description clearly list a pool with a picture. The pool was closed and in very bad repair-- it was not a one day occurrence. it would have been nice to have the pool on the days when the surf was too rough to enjoy the ocean water. The bed sheets were too small for the mattress and would not stay on. Our assigned parking place was very small and difficult to maneuver, even though we had a small car. The beautiful location and large condo made the overall trip very nice.

Palms 501 was absolutely beautiful. As others have mentioned it looks to have been completely updated very recently, and the view is amazing. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the beach was not crowded, and the Realjoy staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the process.

Lovely condo

501 at The Palms was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. The unit is well soundproofed so we couldn’t hear a peep from our neighbors. The bunk room was perfect and the beds were comfy.

Just Like Home
