The room was clean. The breakfast was, at best, mediocre. It was too noisy for my liking, traffic and trash pickup seemed to get louder and louder. The plumbing was noisy from the rooms above me. There was an occasional dog barking inside the hotel (the hotel is dog friendly). Next time in town I’ll try my luck somewhere else.

The hotel was clean and well card for. The air conditioning/heating was excellent. The breakfast was OK. We weren't able to check in early. When we got there the staff were all down the hall in a room visiting and laughing.... with no one at the front desk so we waited in the lounge until 3pm check in time. We didn't use the pool or see any pets.

Hotel stay

I made my reservations through hotel.com a week ago. I chose to have a king room and when we got there to check in they didn’t have a king room available gave us a queen room on first floor by the Laundry room and all during the night was noise and running water. Got at call from front desk at 10:30pm checking to see if we were still coming. We were in our room asleep! Also, when checking in I was informed about a $85 fee that after our stay would be reimbursed. Was not told anything about that fee when reserving.

Friendly service, lovely hotel but super noisy.

The walls did not block out any sounds - from the person showering and flushing toilet multiple times a night, the constant elevator singing (I guess I was on a popular floor) and the trucks on the highway. Wish I could of had a better sleep.

Ok, Not my favorite.

I am normally not super picky. But for the price of the room, I would want it to be a little bit more cleaner and modern. The air condition didn’t seem to work. The best in the room was stuffy. The pool was freezing cold. You would think with an indoor pool it might have a little warmth to it. So it was hard for the kids to really enjoy it.
