The lobby was decent, but when we arrived at her rooms, the couches had stains all over them. The whole room smelled like BO and the remote is so sticky and gooey. It was disgusting. We left after one night.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super courteous. The only problem with the suite is the cold air conditioner next to the bed and one light for the sink and water closet. It needs a pocket door so that you don’t bother the other people I. The room while you get ready or two separate Lightslights

Overall staff was courteous and friendly. Great to have breakfast every morning. The room was very clean and kept up. Food choices in the morning could have had more fresh fruit. Bacon would have been a nice change from different sausages.

A few things actually. We booked a suite with a patio but the staff couldn’t get the door open so they gave us a downgraded room and did not provide any credit to charge. We had to go back to front desk through times during the course of our stay to have our door keys reset. But the worst was how poorly management treated the staff Friday AM there was very very limited breakfast food as truck had not arrived. Instead of putting up a sign, offering apologies for the inconvenience, providing cover for staff, manager allowed the poor woman working the area to take the ongoing multiple questions and frustrations from guests all morning that had booked there partlydue to breakfast included. When I found the manager hiding behind front desk, he was dismissive and rude. Not his fault the truck hadn’t made it. Not concerned with employees taking the brunt. Blamed it on new ownership. All of which could be true, but a terrible lack of any leadership or professionalism. The staff was kind and caring, regardless of managers shortcomings.
