We had a great stay in a beach view suite. The room was clean, the view perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance to Times Square and many great restaurants. The free margaritas was a real nice touch.

Floor in room was dirty upon arrival. Curtain rod loose on left side of patio door. Had to take dirty towels to front desk to ask for new ones. When lounging by pool smell of propane gas which was concerning. Sink in bathroom loose on wall. Told mgmt and they did not check it out.

Full kitchen had dishes, silverware, cups, pots/pans, cups mugs, full size coffee pot etc. Couldn't ask for more. Price was reasonable. Hotel is walking distance to everything.. 750ft to waters edge. Loved the unit we were in. Clean, well-appointed, All utilities in good working order. Comfy bed. Greatly enjoyed the screened-in deck overlooking the ocean. Stunning sunsets! No problem with the friendly and helpful staff. Only glitch was our arriving at night after the office was closed. But we got through it.

Everyone was very nice. Room was just what we wanted, beach view, small kitchen. Only issue was the kitchen. It did not have enough silverware, definitely missing utensils, only one pot holder? We did eat in and that was the only issue. We didn’t complain and just made do. We would go back.
