The property lobby area was clean, Parking was horrible. Had to go up a ramp. Stop the car to get out and push the intercom to call someone for access. Very, very tight space to get the car up and in. The room was clean and was okay but no closet only hooks. Also the design in the room was odd, odd piece of furniture. Mine was an overnight stay so it was okay for that.

The staff was great. Just quality of the room was not worth the money. The A/C unit had a lowest setting of 67 which it was never quite able to get it that low, the room was hot and I had to his sleep with a sheet. The front door was not flush with the floor, it was about 1/2 inch elevated off the floor so a lot of light came in from the hotel hallway. The room was very tiny, I stayed there for a night to prepare for a marathon the next day, the room was so tiny I couldn’t even stretch on the floor. The fire alarm light in that room is also terrible, it flashed like every 3 seconds, a bright green light that flashes all night is very annoying, I had to sleep with a t shirt to cover my eyes. And lastly the walls were pretty thin, easy to hear outside and in the hallways and I was on the 14th floor. This is a hotel room that would seem right at $200/night, but paying $400+ for one night is not worth the money at all.

The room was basically clean, except for the built in cushion that was really dirty/stained. I called the front desk right away to let them know and they said they would tell the housekeeping staff to clean it. It was never cleaned (3 night stay). The shower didn't have good water pressure and would spray and get the whole bathroom wet while showering. Thankfully it dried quickly. The free breakfast didn't have any plant-based milk offered, and not many vegan or gluten free options (there was fresh fruit). The staff were very nice and helpful.
