Horrible experience! We arrive at the property, with an infant, and we cannot get it. The entry lock instructions don't match the actual lock. BUT, it didn't matter because they DOUBLE BOOKED the property and gave the reservation away to someone else. It cost us hundreds more to find a place in Ft Lauderdale during the tail end of spring break.
