I’m really surprised this is part of the Hotels.com lineup. The hotel door has about a 1/2” gap all around where weather and bugs come and go freely. The curtain over the window allows in so much light around it, even with every light out in the room it feels like daylight in there. The pool is filthy. The noise level is off the charts as the freeway is the backyard and with no seal around the door and flimsy windows it does not allow you to sleep…. And that is before the ancient A/C unit kicks in waking you from any sleep you may be able to sink into. However, the staff is very nice and the place is very clean. Very tired, but clean.

Room was not clean, staff not available called several times from the room phone and from my cell phone no answer. The description said city view and I was bamboozled because the room was facing I95 and I could hear and feel all traffic passing by. Fridge and AC was noisy. For the price paid it was a bad experience. When I finally got the clerk and expressed my concern he said sorry we do not have any other rooms. He did not offer any other accomodation or even a credit.
