I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing—especially given the price and the fact that I booked it for my wedding week.Upon arrival, the house had a strong fish odor caused by food left behind from previous guests. The refrigerator was clearly not cleaned, and we even found a dead roach under the sink next to the cleaning supplies. We had to clean the fridge ourselves just to make it usable.Shortly after, I was informed by the host that the stove was not functioning properly—a known issue before or during my stay. Despite this, I was asked multiple times to coordinate and be present for a delivery and replacement. This is not something a guest—especially one in town for their wedding—should be responsible for.There were also several other unresolved maintenance issues, including a broken box spring, a leaking dishwasher, and damage to the chaise. None of these were meaningfully addressed during the stay.Overall, the property was not maintained to an acceptable standard, and the lack of professionalism in handling these issues made an already busy and important week far more stressful than it should have been.I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed and the management approach improves significantly.
