The Black sheep was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful little house with all the amenities you could want for a weekend trip. We saved tons of money by using the kitchen to cook breakfast and lunch. Location was perfect for our events at the UCA!

The house was beautiful and very clean! The owner was warm and friendly! Location was perfect to get anywhere quickly in Ft. Collins. House was fully stocked and the private backyard with a jacuzzi was wonderful! I look forward to staying there again. Our son is a PhD student in chemistry at CSU. He came over for dinner and loved the house!

Taylor is a wonderful host and it's obvious guest satisfaction is a priority. The property is in perfect repair, clean and well equipped. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't nicely thought out, from kitchen items, extra linens and paper goods. Thank you for a wonderful time. Taylor was a lifesaver when a prior VRBO owner sold their property and left us without a place to stay for CSU. Call it kismet as Taylor’s place was well equipped, within walking distance of Old Town and came with a hot tub. Highly recommend staying at the Black Sheep!

Great Getaway

The house was cute, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and had an impressive guide book set out and online. The hot tub was perfect for a small group. The location was great! If it hadn’t been cold when we visited we could have walked to downtown. The only complaint at all is that the trains were quite loud blasting their horns one of the nights but I would guess that’s just a feature of downtown living. Would definitely stay here again!
