Walking distance to all the sightseeing places in Florence. Friendly staff, especially Lucia at the front reception office, makes the stay memorable! Lucia gave us a quick overview of Florence including the museums, the parks, the restaurants and the Christmas market. We booked an 'iconic room' and it was perfection. Very large, beautiful ceiling, ultra clean, wonderful bed and bathroom. The check in process was easy and comfortable, and the staff are top notch. The location of the hotel was also great, lots of great dining near by and a good base camp for walking the central streets of Florence.
