I switched hotels at the last minute due to 100 degree heat and wanting a pool. The rooftop pool here is worth it for the views alone. Our room was ample; the front office staff were so friendly; and my son was able to play on the grand piano in the lobby. Excellent shower!

The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed the amazing views from the rooftop pool and garden terrace. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our room was not a good standard as we were at the bottom next to the street. Apart from the noise, the main problem for me was the street light flooded into our room as the curtains were not big enough to cover the window and there wasn’t a shutter - I didn’t sleep well at all.

This was our family's 4th stay at this property. Great view from the rooftop deck, excellent rooms, staff is extremely attentive. Excellent location just off the Arno River near the US Consulate which is one block away. Located in a quiet section of the city, but within an easy walk to all, Uffizi, Boboli, Pitti Palace, Il Duomo, leather market, Central Market and Santa Maria Train Station. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The west was great and we enjoyed our stay fully. The swimming pool is heated and water was really warm inside. Comfortable room with a beautiful balcony, comfy mattress and a great breakfast.
