Lovely and friendly staff. Clean room , bathroom, it was very nice we were given bathrobes and slippers. Noticed, at times, unpleasant smell from the bathroom area. Shower would benefit from straight surface to hold soap/ body wash as it is slanted so all slides down. Really lovely roof top with plenty of sunshine and amazing views. WiFi only reach half of rhe pool area ( important to foreigners) .

Excellent hotel and a highlight of my stay in Florence. It’s close to many attractions and an easy walk to restaurants. Upscale area. Room layout was the best we’ve had in Europe. Spacious with two levels and very nice beds. Will visit again!

The restaurant is on the fifth floor it was beautiful. You can see the whole city. The breakfast options are fantastic. Diners were some of the best food we had in Florence. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great place and we will use it again.

I switched hotels at the last minute due to 100 degree heat and wanting a pool. The rooftop pool here is worth it for the views alone. Our room was ample; the front office staff were so friendly; and my son was able to play on the grand piano in the lobby. Excellent shower!
