Small and cozy studio apartment in Florence

Our bi-level apartment is a 10 minutes walk from the city center and the main train station, located in a calm area next to the Fortezza park. The apartment is situated in a historic building on one of Florence's most characteristic streets providing for an authentic Florentine experience. The place is a small apartment in a historic building with a 5 metre-high ceiling so you will be able to stand in the loft. The flat comes with one queen-size bed in the loft bedroom and a pullout sofa downstairs, accommodating up to 3 people. Please mind that the staircase leading to it is quite narrow. The apartment is well designed and features anything you need for your trip, linens, towels, pots, pans, fridge, etc. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped including oven, pots, pans and household appliances. The use of the washing is free but as it is located in the basement you would need to ask the host to open the room for you. You will have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is located in a very quiet and well served neighborhood with parking facilities, walking distance from the historic center. The nearest tram stop is "Strozzi-Fallaci" on the T1 line, which is directly connected to Santa Maria Novella station. The center is still a few minutes' walk away. To get around Florence, however, the recommended means of transportation are bicycles and scooters, which are easily rented on every street corner. Please mind that the staircase leading to the upper level is quite narrow (50cm wide).

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
