Quiet, Beautiful One Bedroom

Beautiful 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and private outdoor space in a great Flagstaff neighborhood. Walk/bike easily to historic downtown on the Urban Trail. Easy access to trails, food, close to AZ Snowbowl, 70 miles to the Grand Canyon and 30 miles to Sedona. Be on the chair lift in 20 minutes or at some of our best mountain biking, in 5! Enjoy a soak in the huge bathtub, relax by the fire or sit outside and enjoy the view. We can be your base for exploring or just a quiet space to relax.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

This was a very cheerful place for us - there was even a dog bed and toys for our pup! The kitchen was well stocked and the bedding was comfortable. I loved the neighborhood! There were hiking trails accessible just from the neighborhood. Lots of cool houses to see on our walks. It was a good location for going downtown, which I really enjoyed - very interesting downtown in Flagstaff. There were some great recommendations for different places - I especially loved the coffee at Macys - I bought a pound of beans. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was ideal for our ski vacation at Snowbowl. It was about 25min to the mountain and less than10min to get anywhere in town. Clean and comfortable with all the things required for cooking and a comfortable stay. Our dog, Roxy, appreciated all the dog amenities including a fenced yard, dog bowls and dog bed and a beautiful neighborhood for walks. I think the ad listed a queen bed, but it is a comfortable king.

This was a great pick for our Flagstaff trip. The property is exactly as described and perfect for a couple. Plenty of room to stretch out and small enough to be cozy. The kitchen is well appointed, though we didn't cook on this trip, just went to local spots. Location rocks for a Canyon visit. It's easy to find, easy to get into and the owner was great. As a former rental owner, I fully appreciated the communication, the notebook, the setup, everything. She does things RIGHT. Will definitely stay here again if available for our next Canyon trip.
